CloudMint includes an AI-powered assistant. Messages submitted to the assistant are processed to generate responses. Do not submit passwords, payment information, authentication codes, or other sensitive personal information.

CloudMint, Inc. ("CloudMint", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes our practices regarding information collected through our website (cloudmint-demo.pages.dev), our customer contact forms, and our interactive CloudMint Assistant chatbot.
2. Data Collected by the Site
We collect only minimal information necessary to deliver, protect, and optimize our services:
- Technical & Telemetry Data: Client IP address (masked in logs), browser user-agent, request timestamps, and referring URLs collected at the edge for rate limiting and bot mitigation.
- Contact Submissions: Your name, work email address, and inquiry message when you submit the contact form.
- Local Storage: We use browser localStorage solely to persist your telemetry consent choice. No tracking cookies or cross-site tracking scripts are loaded.
3. AI Assistant Data Processing
When you interact with the CloudMint Assistant, your messages and short-term dialogue context are transmitted to our serverless endpoint (/api/chat) hosted on Cloudflare.
- Inference Provider: Inference is executed using Cloudflare Workers AI. Cloudflare operates under strict data-protection agreements and does not retain your prompts to train foundation models.
- Retention Policy: Chat conversations are maintained in-memory only during your active session. We do not store persistent chat history in local storage or permanent databases.
- Verification Tokens: To prevent denial-of-service abuse, interaction tokens generated by Cloudflare Turnstile are verified server-side. Turnstile does not track users across websites.
4. Third-Party Infrastructure Services
CloudMint utilizes Cloudflare, Inc. for edge hosting (Cloudflare Pages), DNS, web application firewall (WAF), Bot Fight Mode, and serverless AI compute. All network traffic between your client and CloudMint is encrypted via TLS 1.3.
